I too ordered this DVD; when it failed to arrive I contacted the
company, but like the rest of you I got no response.  So I filed
a complaint and request for refund through PayPal.  They responded
within the day and PayPal issued a full refund.

The News Documentary company sent me a follow-up e-mail with the story
on the wrong boxes and the postal mix-up and claimed if I reordered that
I would get a free poster and free shipping.  Needless to say, I didn't
take them up on the offer.

If you paid them via PayPal and are a registered member, you have a
right to file a complaint and ask for your money back.  Be sure to get
it in before the time to file runs out and make sure you let PayPal
know you didn't receive the order, as "dissatisfaction with goods"
will net you nothing.  Hope this helps some of you.
