Metal Stampings for Art Glass
By Don Teach

Does anyone know of a box of metal stampings for art glass used in
coin pianos? A well-known collector on the east coast showed the
box some twenty years ago. He passed away some years ago and I was
wondering if anyone else has heard of the mystery box that has these
stampings.

I have a box of stampings of fluer de leis for Seeburg K's and some
other Seeburg glass. Ludwig Industries in New York was the original
company that made these stampings. They closed a couple of years ago
and no one seems to know what happened to the dies. I have tried and
tried to find out if someone bought those dies. It is a shame that
there is so much still being taken to the dump.
