Friends, I again encourage you visit http://mechanicalmusic.info/
There is no substitute for your participation and experience in adding
to the knowledge base there.
Already there's a decent start on the Hupfield Company. More than
_I_ knew, but that's not saying much. If you own or are knowledgeable
about a Hupfeld instrument, why not jot down some info there? In
fact, there is now a growing list of Manufacturers and Distributors,
so please jump right in.
Andrew Barrett has some good ideas on methods of indexing/organizing
the site. Take a look at the Discussion page and give your input to
help make it even easier to organize the many instruments.
I'm sorry to have been silent lately, but with an increased workload
and family issues..., well, I'm sure you have all been there. My own
goal is to expand the Organette section, but I hope someone beats me
to it!
And if you're just too shy to participate, at least visit
http://mechanicalmusic.info/ once in a while.
Thank you,
Todd Augsburger
