For sale: 1920's English Pianola player piano with original roll
library. Manufactured by Aeolian, London, it's a small 85-key
apartment or studio model with original finish, a gem for the collector
or someone who wants a self-playing piano to fit in a small space.
Recently rebuilt: the player mechanism is like new and plays
beautifully. As with all English players, the piano keys do not move
when the roll is playing.
In two-toned mahogany case with rich stripes; pumps easily and will be
a joy to own. Comes with almost 21 original English music rolls, most
have revenue stamps and each is very rare.
This is a Themodist expression player. It also has a floating tracker
bar -- the tracker bar follows the music roll, helping to keep the
paper edges undamaged.
Pictures can be e-mailed if interested. I need to find it a good home
soon, as I need the room for clients' instruments. Reasonable offers
considered. Buyer pays shipping, I can help arrange.
