Imperial "Hand Pleated" Player Piano Rolls
By Harold M. Whipps Sr.

Matthew Caulfield is right. I don't think they teach "Grammar" in
school today. Of course, the people that run advertising agencies do
not help: "Got Milk?" Just read your newspaper or listen to news
commentators. And don't you just love to read the ads on eBay?

Here's a challenge to all. How long can you write and speak without
using the word "got"? I was reading a book last year :-) when I realized
that "got" was not on the first 50 or so pages. It was published in
the 1800s. We've come a long way, baby; imagine what our language will
be like in the 22nd century.

Got to go <oops!>, have to go to my daughter's to watch the Rose Bowl.

Happy New Year all.
