Hi all,  I'm installing another player action in an ordinary upright.
This piano case is very narrow, but the Victorian case is nice, and 
I want to modify it as little as possible.  I'm thinking that the
spoolbox, electronic motor and the pumps from a modern Universal player
piano would work just fine. without being too obtrusive to the case.

If anyone has these componets in the parts pile, please let me know.
