Seek Score of "Vater Rhein" by Paul Lincke

I'm looking for a scan or copy of the score of Paul Lincke's
"Vater Rhein" (also known as the Festmarsch).  I'd like the old
Apollo Verlag edition, if possible, but a later Boosey & Hawkes
version is also welcome.  I haven't been able to find it online...
