Hi all, For those who might not know about my music roll auction,
it is now available on my web site. You can visit my web site at
http://home.earthlink.net/~rollertunes/ I want to let you know that
it has some great stuff. What is on it?
1. We have three great recut rolls available in a couple of weeks.
They are being produced in Texas now. The first one is the rare copy
of Eubie Blake's "Ev'rybody's Crazy 'Bout the Doggone Blues". Several
people have told me that this is a great discovery and a very rare
roll. Thanks to Richard Friedman for providing it for copying for
everyone.
The second roll is Barton and Mills great one step, played by Will
McAllister, of "Brown Skin". A fantastic tune!
We have a Welte Licensee copy of the "Nocturne after Cantique de Noel,"
by Adam, played by Katinka Narinska. Ampico and Duo Art have nothing
on this version! This is a fantastic version based on "Oh Holy Night."
You can listen to a MIDI file at my web site of all three of these new
recuts. Be sure and get your orders in as these are limited production
rolls.
2. We mentioned earlier this year that we would act as a go-between
on the newly available Ampico and Recordo test rolls. You may get your
copies of these rolls from me. Read about them on my web site for full
details. They are mentioned on the Ampico roll section.
3. A nice selection of Jumbo "B" Ampico rolls, a set of the Dr. Leo
Podolsky rolls, several Duo-Art Audiographic rolls, more Duo-Arts,
Recordo, Art Echo reproducing rolls, and many great 88-note and 65-note
rolls.
4. Gem roller cobs, Celestina, and Aeolian grand rolls.
5. A large collection of "O" rolls, and much more.
Have fun looking over the web site and listen to the MIDI files of all
of our great rolls. We have a new policy, that when you send in your
email, we will answer it, so that you know that we received it. If you
don't hear from us, then you know your email did not get through.
Thanks.
Musically,
Larry Norman, from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
Travel the parkway now as the trees are just about at their most
beautiful Autumn color.
