MMDer Randolph Herr found a mint condition copy in his collection of
Duo-Art 0862, "Rain on the Roof", and will lend it to Warren Trachtman
for transcription to MIDI file.  Then, from the MIDI file, Benjamin
Intartaglia will be able to create the manuscript transcription which
will guide his forthcoming live piano recording.  If there is interest,
recut copies of the Duo-Art roll might be offered later.

Benjamin would also like to hear personal anecdotes from folks who
met Pauline Alpert and heard her play.  Terry Smythe heard Alpert at
the AMICA convention of 1978 or '79 and recalls "she was amazing!"
