Seek "Whicker Bill Blues" & "Walk That Broad"
By Richard Riley

I need the MIDI files for two rolls for a project I'm working on:

(1) QRS-2401 "Whicker Bill Blues", played by J. Lawrence Cook, and
(2) Atlas-3578 "Walk That Broad", played by "Finisher" Johnson.

I'm working on a recording project of early blues piano rolls where
I add the dynamics to make the rolls sound like a live performance.
It brings the rolls to life. I have completed about 30 files so far
and will make the files available in the future. This will be the
final chapter in my capsule history of early blues piano.

On the scanning topic: a poorly done scan is worse than none at all.
I've noticed a wide difference in the quality of scans, some having
hiccups in the middle, endings missing, and of course extra notes.
Scans done at faster speeds are also less accurate (jerky).
