Seek Serinette in Good Condition

My brother is wanting to purchase a serinette, a small table top
crank pipe organ with twelve or so pipes used in 19th century to
teach pet birds to sing. The instrument must be in good condition.
Do you know where we might go to advertise for this purchase?
