Every now and again, as I enjoy MMD with my morning coffee, or have
the top six Google hits to my query all point to relevant MMD articles,
I scroll down to the bottom of the page and notice the quiet request
for support to keep MMD running.  On even rarer occasions I check back
to see when was the last time I sent something.  I'm always astonished
to find that it has been at least a year, often longer.

Robbie and Jody don't subject us to fundraising breaks (with extended
special re-broadcasts of MMD's greatest hits), annoying pop-up ads, nor
even send out an annual reminder (though I sometimes wish they would).
Bandwidth, servers, and backups all cost money, so let this be a gentle
reminder if you, like me, have let your support for MMD lag.  It's
"readers like you" who keep this great service on the air.
