AOL Refuses to Deliver 060723 MMDigest

142 MMD subscribers, or about 1 in 9, didn't receive 060723
MMDigest.  The explanation given in the rejection messages refers
to http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554hvub1.html which says,

  "There is at least one URL in your email that is generating
   substantial complaints from AOL members."

The offensive URL is the link to the Geocities web site which hosts
articles and photos for Eliyahu Shahar.
