FS: 1916 Melville Clark Apollophone in Illinois
By Jim Thomas

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

I have an Melville Clark Apollophone player piano that was purchased
by a family member new in 1916 in Clyde, Ohio. The piano was used
as a standard piano and not used as a player for over 60 years. The
mechanism, player and phonograph, seems to be all present but needs
a "major" restoration. All tubing is gone or bad.

As we are looking to downsize, we are trying to find someone interested
in purchasing, moving and restoring this instrument. If no one responds
by the end of the month, July 2006, the piano goes to an auction house
to see if someone will bid on it.
