I have written to Leslie Hoffman personally, but I would like to let
you know that two months ago I bought on eBay a beautiful pipe organ
musical box with an angel on the front of it, and it has the Thorens
MD 3098 model in it.  Together with six discs it is 49 euros -- not
expensive, don't you think?!  If someone would like to receive some
photos, I can send them.

I had the same problem like Leslie to find out who made this Thorens
model.  'Til so far nothing found about it, but it could be possible
it was made by Reuge at the moment Thorens was taken over with this
department of musical boxes.

I wrote to the Thorens office but they don't answer me about their
past, if, when and how!
