I suggest you contact Albert Timmerman, an ecclesiastical carver in
The Netherlands who also enjoys doing organ carving.  He can both carve
and design your facade.  He did two facades for me and did an excellent
job for a reasonable fee.  You just send him some examples of what you
like and he will make some drawings.  His address is
