With sadness I report the recent passing of Bob Fine of San Bernardino,
California.  Bob and Carol, members of MBSI since 1991, lost their
house a few years ago in a fire that devastated the area.  Fortunately,
much of their collection was saved by the firemen.

They recently moved back into their new house on the same old lot and
had rebuilt their house and their collection to near pre-fire days.
During this ordeal Bob suffered a great deal, both psychologically from
the loss and physically.  But he finally lost the battle with cancer.

Our hearts are with Carol who has had to rebuild her life from the
losses from the fire and now will have to rebuild from the loss of her
long-time partner, her husband.
