Plating Metal Parts
By Moe Goldy

I have successfully used a plating kit from Samson Technology that is
both safe and simple to use. The chemicals are mostly in paste form
and the actual plating is done at low voltage using an AC adapter.
It is most useful for small parts but I have seen a large gold plated
bathroom faucet.

Most metals are available except chrome. There several tones of gold.
Among other things, I used the kit to nickel plate an antique Edison
phonograph cylinder with very good results.

The kit is fairly priced and refills for the chemicals are available.
The last phone number I have is 1-800-256-0692 (FL).
