Seek Musical Box Recording of "Buffalo Gals"
By Ellen Snyder-Grenier

-- forwarded message, please reply to sender and MMD --

I am looking for a recording of the mid-1800s song, "Buffalo Gals",
on a cylinder musical box with at least a 36-note movement, to be used
in an exhibition at the Morris Museum of the Guinness Collection.

("Buffalo Gals won't you come out tonight, come out tonight and
dance by the light of the moon.")

Or, if you by happy circumstance own a lever or keywound musical box
that plays the same tune, I would love to hear from you!
