I was interested to see the posting about Invercargill March. As many
of you know, I am supporting myself in a retirement home by publishing
organ, band and glee club music. Recently I was commissioned to do a
collection of military marches for theater organ, and I have most of
the popular Sousa pieces, Col. Bogey, Gladiators, etc., finished.
I must confess I never heard of the Invercargill March, as I was a
child of the 1940's playing in bands. If this is as famous as Robbie
says, I'd like to add it to my catalog.
If any MMD'ers should have the piano sheet music, I'd greatly
appreciate it if they would send a PDF file of it to me. I can only
read PDFs made using Acrobat Reader v.4.0, as Acrobat Reader v.5 will
not download on my Mac OS 9.1 computer system.
If any of you play the organ, my catalog has now 250 pieces and lots
for theater organ as orchestral transcriptions. I'd be happy to send
a catalog if anyone is interested.
Thanks for your help.
