The musical box shown is by Paillard. The tune sheet is the common
one used by that manufacturer and is shown as No. 24 in the book,
'Musical Box Tune Sheets', written by H. A. V. Bullied and published by
The Musical Box Society of Great Britain. This book is an essential
reference for any restorer or enthusiast.
The comb appears to have six teeth off but it is difficult to see
whether there are any tips off as well. If the damage is limited to
just those six teeth it will be cheaper to get new teeth fitted, but
this must be done by a competent restorer.
I am unable recommend an American restorer but, before you agree to
work being done, ask to see some examples of his or her workmanship.
A replaced tooth should be indistinguishable to the naked eye. Tips
can also be replaced. A full replacement comb may be uneconomical in
terms of the market value of the box, as such things will have to be
made to suit the individual box.
As an additional warning, please check the pins as such severe damage
to the comb may be the result of a 'run'. A competent restorer can
repin the cylinder, but again this is not cheap.

Nicholas Simons
