"G" Roll Plays Piano & Accordion
By Hal Davis

For what it's worth, a long time ago I build up an accordion on a piano
to operate from "O" rolls. Later, after hearing a "G" roll playing a
piano & accordion that a friend of mine, Carl, in Wisconsin built up,
I decided I personally preferred the "G" roll version so the next two
that I made used "G" rolls. I'll probably build up only one more as
I'm down to my last 65-note piano, a 1910 Auto-Piano.

I do have some files of my friend's "G" roll player available for
download on my web site if you'd like to hear them. Click on URLs
to hear it:

You just might like the sounds of this piano made by my friend in
Wisconsin.
