Removing Action Stack from Early Steck Pianola

Hi John, I sympathise with you -- we restored a similar instrument 
a year or so ago.  Tip it over on its back (on, say, a stringing bench)
and you should find you can unscrew the whole bottom of the piano.
You can then easily remove the feeders, reservoir, stack, etc.
