My Favorite Nickelodeon
By Bob Hodge

My almost favourite nickelodeon is one that I've never seen, only
heard. It's heard in the speakeasy scene in the Marx Brothers film,
"Horsefeathers". (Remember: "Swordfish" is the password!)

Can anyone identify the machine and what it plays? Among the tunes
it plays is "Everyone Says I Love You" [by Bert Kalmer & Harry Ruby].
Does anyone know the roll number and manufacturer?

Although, when you get down to brass tacks, _all_ of the machines
that were at the Sanders Musical Museum in Deansboro, New York, were
my favourites in the early 1960's when I "discovered" them...

Thanks!
Bob Hodge
