My favorite nickelodeon is the Western Electric Selectra.  I repaired
one for a customer about 20 years ago and was amazed at the engineering
and workmanship in the machine.  The ability to select the tune you
wanted to hear from the 10-tune roll must have been amazing in that
time period.  It also was difficult for many bartenders to realize they
had lost the ability to just throw another roll on without some extra
setup time.  I also enjoy that they sound great and are built well.
