Dear fellow subscribers, I have a circa 1927-29 Fisher top loader
Ampico upright piano for sale: an older rebuild, plays up a storm,
expresses well. I would like to find a new home as I've moved into
a small condo. I'm asking $2500.00 or best offer and I'm glad to
provide pictures and information, etc., and I'm offering it here first.
I am also helping a friend sell his 1929 art cased Chickering late
model A Ampico for what he has in it at present. It has its original
matching bench and the case is fantastic: it's Italian Renaissance
Revival or Spanish Baroque (I can't find any comparable piano in any
of the archives so this one must have been a custom case).
His health forces the sale of this incredible instrument in
restoration process for around $7000 or so, I have no financial
interest, just trying to find a match in a new owner, glad to provide
pictures and details on this rare and beautiful piano also.
Both pianos need new homes soon and hopefully will find new owners to
appreciate their charms. You may phone me, and if I'm not in, please
leave message. Being a florist and the holidays, I will get back daily
ASAP to all messages left. Both pianos are located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Best Regards,
John McClure
