"Big Bertha" at Disney World
By Ken Rosen

I went to Disney World on vacation, summer '04, and went to the hotel
dining room just to hear "Big Bertha". It was in deplorable playing
condition, reduced to a few flute pipes operating. No melody
discernable; I recognized a few tunes by the chord progressions only.

I went to the manager to complain. She tacitly admitted that they had
other complaints, and that upper management refused to do anything
about it. Typical of present day Disney organization, one of a myriad
of things that Walt Disney, if he could see them, would never tolerate.
