Seek "Full Scale Themodist" Label Images
By Niels Berkers

Hi All, I've been making new labels for most of my roll boxes,

some can be seen on my web page (Geez, I really need to update that):

  http://members.home.nl/japberkers/Waddington

Most of my rolls are Hupfeld Animatic rolls (88-note). Most of the

box labels have faded, so I used to scan the label from the roll leader

and edit it to print a new box label. Now I just bought two 'new'

rolls, both being Aeolian Themodist rolls, but a problem arises: my

technique doesn't work as the Aeolian rolls don't have labels on the

leaders.

So my question is: Can anybody provide a high quality scan of an

Aeolian box label, as the scans found on the Internet are mostly low

quality. I don't know exactly what kind of label would have been on

the box, as I assume several sorts of labels exist. The two rolls are:

1) Full Scale

  Themodist

  T82632

  Minuet

  transcription by Joseffy Boccherini

2) Full Scale

  Themodist

  T300654

  Pullman Porters on Parade

  Two-Step-Marsh

  Abraham & May

The last one had patents of 1900 and 1901 on the leader.

I hope anybody can provide me with the sort of labels that would have

been on the boxes. I don't assume to find somebody that has exactly

these rolls and is willing to scan the labels; other titles work too,

as I can easily change that. I'd be very happy if somebody could

send me images of sorts of labels that would go on these rolls' boxes.

I myself scanned the original labels at 600 dpi. Thank you all a lot

already,

Yours,

Niels Berkers,

The Netherlands
