Congratulations -- these are fun little instruments. You need Todd
Augsburger's book "Roller Organs". It will help you date the organ
very closely. All were made by the same company in Ithaca, New York.

Todd's book states that earlier models used better materials and
fancier decorations, so this makes sense.

I think the only difference is that you must retain the cardboard
gusset stiffeners in pressure bellows. The later vacuum models
eliminated these.
