I am hoping to have some Manopan [book] music cut in USA.  I will
need to specify the thickness of the two layers of staggered and
brick-layed card and also the length of the page.  It needs to be
hard card, like the German 'Presspahn' used on Ariston discs, not
soft card like that used by the late Carl Semon -- these books
wear out quickly.

Although I can get the card made in UK, I do not want to pay double
shipping across the Atlantic, so do any readers know of someone
in USA who will make proper fair-organ music book blanks for me?
