Moving a Piano To a Different Climate
By Ed Chaban

My Steinway OR is in transit from the Bay Area to our new home in
suburban Seattle. My mover is Pro Piano and I was impressed with job
they did when they picked up. I'll post again when the piano arrives.

In the meantime, I was wondering if there is anything I need to be
aware of or watch out for as the piano re-acclimates itself. I'm doing
all the right things, like making sure it is not near an outside wall or
heating duct. What else should I be concerned about?

Thanks in advance!
Ed Chaban
