Seek PianoDisc Diskette Formatting Program

I have been trying to buy the software to format PianoDisc diskettes
on my PC and to copy to and from them.  The guy that sells the program
never seems to respond.  Does anyone have this program or know of
someone who does?  It's very frustrating...
