Ed Freyer And His Acme Perforator
By Don Teach

Eddie passed away about twenty years ago. He sold most of his
collection and was moving to California, when cancer took over his life.

I bought his Seeburg G, which was the first time in my life I got calls
cussing me for buying a piano. Eddie came to my home to visit the G on
his way to California. I commented to him that he had lost a lot of
weight. I went to California to see him, but was denied a visit as he
was too sick. I did however meet several other people on that visit.

The Acme perforator went to Don Rand, who used it to cut Link and "A"
rolls. Don still has it as far as I know, but I have been unable to get
him on the phone.
