Unknown Tune On Votey Themodist Test Roll
By Bruce Grimes

I have a 65-note roll that was a test roll. All but the last note of
the test portion was cut off, but the music portion was kept. I've
always liked it, but don't know what it is.

The label says "...(SPECIAL) VOTEY. Themodist Tester" and at the bottom
"The Aeolian Company, New York, The Orchestrelle Company, London. Made
in USA." The label is the original light-blue test roll label. I have
never seen a date on it.

Does any one know what the piece of music is?

Bruce Grimes
