In recent months I have made two purchases from the Leather Supply House
which, as you all may know, is now owned by Michael Madeira, who
relocated the enterprise to Garwood, N.J. Both transactions have been
so spectacular that I felt it worthwhile to mention here.
Mike is very knowledgeable, friendly, and well-versed in his trade.
He is also honest: he actually talked me out of purchasing a more
expensive skin because he was concerned about its recent drop in
quality.
His rubberized cloth and glue are first rate and his service can not be
beaten. I am looking for the day when the Leather Supply House, under
Mike's ownership, carries a full complement of player components
(tubing, etc.) in addition to its current stock.
Hats off to Mike and the Leather Supply House for a job well done.

[ I too have been impressed by Mike Madeira's operation of the Leather
[ Supply House, since buying the business from the estate of the late
[ Marilyn Eagan. Mike carries Rick Alabaster's rubber cloth, about
[ the best you can get. And Mike has made me excellent leather
[ punchings for valve facings to my specifications. I believe he does
[ plan to expand the range of products and services offered.
