  FOPS Index. 1964-1991
  Player Piano Group Bulletin, no. 46-109 (mostly complete run)
  North West Player Piano Association, about 25-30 issues.
  The Music Box (Musical Box Society of Great Britain) + index, 1962-
     2004.
  A few other oddments.

I would prefer UK only sales due to the weight for postage and would
hope that I can sell all issues of a magazine together, but am open to
suggestions.
