Some years ago I placed my rebuilt Dynavoice onto an 88-note electronic
keyboard that was tied into my computer and recorded the MIDI data using
the Powertracks music editing program.
I recorded several hundred rolls using this system. The Dynavoice does
not have a signal hole for the sustain pedal, so you manually add the
pedal data by following the sustain perforations as the roll passes over
the tracker bar.
For anyone new to editing MIDI files, I highly recommend Powertracks.
It is easy to learn, even for a computer novice. I just checked their
website and found that the Powertracks Pro Audio 9 is currently available
for $49.

Caveat: you should be able to read musical notation.
