Minimum Repetition Time Between Notes
By Phil Dayson

I should have given a reference where the program to set minimum
internote spacing could be found. Here is the web site where
the unlap program and many other CAL routines are located:
  http://www.bikexprt.com/calfiles/download.htm

The program description says to process Cakewalk *.wrk files and
not MIDI files, but it seems works to perfectly fine with the
MIDI files I have used.

I will do a separate posting with more info about my new MIDI
pipe organ.
