I would like to recommend a free virus protection program that works
well, is updated several times a week and has caught all of the virus
that I have received embedded in e-mail.  I have no personal connection
with this site but find it effective and simple, without all of the
memory hogging of some commercial virus checkers.

Take a look at it.  I don't know how they can provide this quality for
free (for individual home use only).  Do a Goggle search on AVG free or
go to  http://www.free.grisoft.com/
