AMICAns,  I don't know this for a certainty but I suspect that most
members of AMICA read MMD on a daily basis.  If not they should,
as it is a tremendous source of information.

If my fellow members read the last AMICA bulletin they know that
I have volunteered to store and mail out on request bound issues of
the past AMICA bulletins.  The reason I'm posting this notice in MMD
is to answer a number of questions that have arisen from requests
that have come in so far.  This is a lot easier than answering these
questions individually and it will also supply information to those
planning to make a request.

1. There are 27 bound annual volumes and no single issues.

2. Years 1972 thru 1990 and 1997 thru 2004 are fairly well represented.

3. There are no bound volumes for the years 1991 thru 1996.

4. Total weight for a complete remaining set is approximately 65 lbs.

5. The total shelf space occupied by a complete set is right at 2 feet.

6. These materials qualify for media mail rate which is the lowest rate
offered by the USPS.

7. The approximate amount to ship a complete set is $22.00 depending on
your ZIP code.

8. There are no charges other than shipping.  I have no method of nor
do I wish to get into the billing business.

9. When you receive your shipment simply note the amount of postage on
the shipping label and remit that amount to the sender.

10. No packages have been shipped. I am accumulating orders as I live
almost 20 miles from the post office and no pickup is available.

I hope I have addressed all of the questions found in the orders
received to date.  If you have any others please don't hesitate to ask.
