FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center

If you suspect Internet fraud via email, eBay, or elsewhere, please
report it to the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center:

  http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

Some time ago I made such a complaint and to my pleasant surprise the
FBI actually used it as part of a much larger case to convict a crime
ring based in Russia.  They do take complaints, and they do act on them!
