I am preparing a research paper on the history of Czech or Bohemian
music (and artists) on piano rolls.  This includes popular and classical
music found on all player and reproducing systems.  I am preparing this
research for the Czechoslovak Academy of Arts and Sciences and it will
be included in their publication on the history of Czech culture in the
United States.  I read Czech and also serve as Publisher of the AMICA
Bulletin.  Any help, including access to advertising, roll catalogues,
