Seek PianoLodeon Article in MBSI Journal

In MMD 050128, Rick Jackson asks for information about the Chein
PianoLodeon.  I recently purchased one of these and unfortunately it
was damaged in transit.  According to the MMD Archives (1996.04.08),
an article about this toy was printed in the Journal of Mechanical
Music, published by the MBSI, Spring 1994.

Whilst I do have access to a collection of back issues of this
publication, the volume in question is missing.  Is anyone able to
forward me a copy of this article either by email or snail mail?
