Musical Box Movement for Child's Rocking Chair
By Beatrice Robertson

Hi guys, I have a replacement movement for the child's rocking chair,
courtesy of Dennis Margot in Switzerland. It is not exactly the same,
but can be fairly easily adapted to replace the original. Please
contact me directly.

On another note, second page, same musical movement: I have a pretty
doll that has _exactly_ the same movement as the rocking chair. In
the doll, you squeeze her tummy and the music is ratcheted around.
Plays both directions, so with a bit of practice, it is possible to
play a fairly smooth tune.

A bit late, but Happy New Year to all of you, and an especially warm
greeting to Jody and Robbie, and a hearty Thank You!

I'm not sure it has been mentioned, but for any of you who are in
Florida for the winter, the Southeast Chapter of the Musical Box
Society Intl. is having a meeting January 28-30 in Tampa, Florida.
The highlight of the meeting will be a long open house at the Mark
and Christel Yaffe Collection (home/castle), one of the premier
collections in the world. If you are interested, contact Dixie Leis
<dixleis@aol.com> immediately for information.
