Aeolian Duo-Art player piano, upright, walnut case.  Older restoration
by Perry Fairchild of New York.  Piano action is perfect, very bright
and full tone.  Ivories are in excellent condition, superb regulation.
Player action works but needs some minor adjustments.  All original
electric pump.  Case in nice condition.  Comes complete with bench and
set of 6 Duo-Art rolls (nice selection in fine condition).
