Happy new year to all fellow MMDers! As the new year came, I was
reminded of a long term quest that keeps surfacing in my thoughts.
I am looking for an 88-note (not 65-note or 65- to 88-note converted)
"push up" player. This is the device that preceded the more common
self contained or "inner player" which we all know about. This is
a piano roll player that sits in front of the piano with "fingers"
that press on the keys.
I will take one in any condition. I hope that someone may know where
there may be one.
Thanks
Pat DeWitt

[ How much are you willing to pay? There are a few such machines
[ in this world, but the owners must be convinced that you need the
[ device more than they do. Ten or fifteen ten years ago a completely
[ restored 88-note Themodist/Metrostyle push-up player sold for
[ $6,000, as I recall. Yes, they are rare. You might find one for
[ sale in the UK. -- Robbie
