Duo-Art Won't Play 88-note Rolls
By Eliyahu Shahar

Hi, I had a thought about the problem expressed with the Duo-Art not
playing the rolls. Are you sure that the rolls that aren't playing
correctly are 88-note and not 65-note rolls? The question of tracking
could simply be that the notes are not designed to be in the correct
place.

The first question is to verify that the rolls are indeed marked
"88 note". After this, what differentiates between a roll that plays
correctly and one that does not? Are the sides of the roll worn or are
they in good shape?

The Duo-Art uses fingers to track the roll; if all else is correct,
you may need to adjust the fingers.
