Hi Tom, while I can not offer you the roll itself, this might be another
choice.  This specific roll is one of the 2225 roll titles that Terry
Smythe has scanned up to today and offers generously on his web page,
"Player Piano Rebirth", http://members.shaw.ca/smythe/rebirth.htm
You find it in the "Sixth Batch of Player Piano Roll Scans".

This MIDI file can be reproduced on a variety of MIDI devices.  For
the case of e-valve equipped reproduction pianos like the PowerRoll
or the E-roll system of Spencer Chase / Gene Gerety you will need
a special e-roll file format.

Using Terry's raw data I produced this file last year and offered it
to the E-Roll-Collectors group on Yahoo.  Let me know if you need this
version.
