I have 1924 parlor grand Welte-Mignon "Original" reproduction piano
with more than 35 rolls for sale.  The piano also comes with a box
of various parts, tubing and felt.

The piano does not play as it needs a new pin block. It is 6' 5"
and in very beautiful shape.  I have several pictures of the piano.
There is an extra motor as well that we are throwing in.  The stack
was completely rebuilt in 1998 and it was last appraised (when it
was working) for $30,000.

We are retiring, downsizing and moving.  The piano must go by December
1st.  The buyer will need to make arrangements for shipping.  We are
looking to sell it for $8,000.  This is just enough to get our original
and maintenance investment back.
