Seek Vacuum Pump and Blower for Orchestrion
By David Winkelblech

I recently purchased a built-up orchestrion in a beautiful Peerless
quarter-sawn oak case, Mission or Arts & Crafts Style piano. The
individual that built the orchestrion installed two of those noisy
and inexpensive suction boxes that sound like a vacuum cleaner.
I assume one is the blower for the pipes and one is for vacuum for
everything else.

Are there any alternatives to these things, or perhaps a combination
vacuum and pressure unit? The pressure aspect is new to me. Thanks
for your help.
